.ZIP File Contains:
- handscanner.aep – Adobe After Effects Project
- hand.png – Hand Image
- scifibit.ttf – ‘Sci Fied Bitmap’ font (courtesy of www.dafont.com) Extract file to desktop, then right click and select ‘Install’ to install font.
Note: .ZIP file requires a program such as the free 7-Zip (http://www.7-zip.org/) to open.

I mean.. Do you have ideas to do it in flash?

I have very little experience with flash, but I’m pretty sure it can be done. The beam can be animated using motion tween, as well as the hand and scanning text. I’m sure if you search around on Google there are plenty of tutorials on motion tweening. But personally, the easiest way to do it is to create it in After Effects and then if needed go to Export> Adobe Flash .swf
